It takes them a while to initially ship your order. FYI It will take all of 2 weeks to receive your order.
I like the brands of boots and shoes that this company sells. I like that they are a family run Washington state company. They have been very responsive and helpful by email.
This company sales their products w/Macys. I purchased 2 pairs if rainboots on sale for $20. My order was canceled by this company WSC(dnt know why), so I placed another order over the phone w/MACYS. YES, CANCELED again!!! REASON: WSC refuse to give me the sales price. WSC placed the price and then don't honor-your company sucks-poor customer service and poor whoever is in charge of sales.
