A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHOES AND BOOTS FALL APART WITH VERY LITTLE WEAR! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE COMPANY DOES IT'S BEST NOT TO HONOR WARRANTIES, AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS THAT ARE CLEARLY DEFECTIVE. COUNTLESS PHOTOS PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EVERY REQUEST MADE I HONORED, WAITED WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE. They don't have any information on their website about what store locations sell their shoes. When you call customer service they don't leave you on hold like a normal business, they play music for 5 minutes and then hang up on you.
It takes them a while to initially ship your order. FYI It will take all of 2 weeks to receive your order.
I like the brands of boots and shoes that this company sells. I like that they are a family run Washington state company. They have been very responsive and helpful by email.
