This company sales their products w/Macys. I purchased 2 pairs if rainboots on sale for $20. My order was canceled by this company WSC(dnt know why), so I placed another order over the phone w/MACYS. YES, CANCELED again!!! REASON: WSC refuse to give me the sales price. WSC placed the price and then don't honor-your company sucks-poor customer service and poor whoever is in charge of sales. Amazing staff that do an amazing job!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE Don’t believe the reviews below... Received a pair of the smoothe slippers for Christmas. They were 3 sizes too big. Too embarrassed to ask for a receipt from my brother... I called the company. I had original box and tags on. Never wore them except to try on. For $5 shipping they exchanged for the correct size and even gave me a different color that I like better!
