James is our pre-Christmas angel. He came to our aid immediately when another company, who obviously did a poor job cleaning our septic tank 3 months ago, told us to wait three days. We had a leak on our old cast iron drainpipes and even though other plumbers were backed up Mr. Washington showed up right away - at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I expected him to just look at it and figure out what he needs then return the next day. He showed right back up with all the materials he needed and fixed everything (even cleaning out the very badly clogged old pipe) in only about 2 1/2 hours. Washington's Septic Tank Service did an excellent job replacing my drain field. They completed the job in about 3 1/2 hours and left my yard clean and well graded. Their price was lower than I had been quoted by other companies. I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased a home and had no idea where my tank was or the condition. I called, he came out within two hours, found it, opened and inspected the tank. He even told me I didn't need any work done instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Great service, fair price.

I called Mr. Washington Monday morning thinking I needed to have my spetic pumped. He let me know he was already at a job bit would be able to look at my system that afternoon. That afternoon he called to let me know he was on the way and would call me after he checked it out. On hour later he called back and let me know that he had found the problem, made the repairs and I would not need to have the tank pumped. Great service and a reasonble price.
