Been living here 3 years. My rent has been five different amounts. There is no on-site maintenance. The elevator on my end is always out and I live on the third floor with serious heart problems. Today makes week three without elevator on my end working. The elevator on the other end hasn't been inspected since 11/22 it expired on 11/23. The halls are colder than it is outside.
