My mortgage was transferred to this bank, and the service has been mixed. Generally the communication is lacking. I received mail informing me that my mortgage was transferred and the amount due in Feb. but there was no information on how to service the mortgage, no reply to my email inquiring about it, and it’s hard to get someone on the phone. Staff is not knowledgeable and useless. The atms dont work
As a family, we have been here over 30 years. Individually, I’ve had this bank over 15 years, since my first job. I love that since coming here, everything has been seamless. Big shoutout to Denise Gretchen Meg for all of your service over the years. Also grateful for Melanie and the two newer employees( don’t know your names sorry) anything I need this bank is here for me and my family. Thank you for great service everyone.
Been here over 5 years. I feel these guys went to bat for me a few times, without charging me even. Emailed me, called me. Always took care of me so far !
Card has been hacked twice in three months! I don't what Jindal of security they have but one more time and I'm pulling my money and going elsewhere.
