This has been the best place for PT. The staff is amazing, patient, and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help. I have gone to many PT places & this one has equipment that no other place has & has been crucial for my recovery. Its a SHAME Washington Regional is shutting it down. It leaves all of us that relied on the people & machines without anywhere else to go. No other place or gym have the David machines.
When I broke my ankle I was honestly terrified of going to physical therapy, never breaking a bone before I was worried they would be rude, judgmental and pushy.. Boy was I wrong!! I honestly owe my recovery physical and mentally to the Therapists and their amazing assistants here at Total Spine!! I honestly believe I wouldn't be where I am with my recovery if it had not been for the amazing treatment I received!! Thank you!! I would recommend them everyday!!
I was treated like trash. Never I have I ever felt that uncomfortable anywhere before. I will not be going back. I have to give them a star to post review but I wouldn't even waste my time giving them a star.
The atmosphere was welcoming and professionale. Looking forward to treatment on my back.
