This clinic is an absolute mess. From the admin staff to the nurses.
Every person I interacted with and received care from during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum was so caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I often needed to have my toddler, and then later my newborn, with me at my appointments, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Britte D Smith was my OBGYN. She must be the most skilled surgeon because the recovery from my c-section was extremely smooth and as painless as you can hope for. After changing to a new facility with a new doctor, I’ve confirmed that my experience at HerHealth was as traumatic as I originally thought it was. I have never felt more dismissed/unheard by a doctor in my entire life. I was spoken to in a condescending & unkind manner. Dr. Large told me that she was “more concerned for my mental health than for my physical health,” because I voiced concerns over having cancer-like symptoms.
