I had an appointment for 2p.m, so I arrived the recommended 15 minutes early. I waited and waited; then a man checked in for a 3 o’clock appointment. He’d hardly sat down before he was called back to the treatment room. I asked why and was told they had just implemented a new protocol for seeing patients and had “just overlooked” that I had checked in!
