Back in 2024 I had an emergency room visit for a burst ovarian cyst and my insurance only covered so much of the costs for the various scans and stuff they did to determine if surgery was needed or not. Had a basic clinic visit. For weeks and weeks I have been dealing with a reimbursement issue, all because a claim from Nov 2024 was not properly submitted by them (they left the group # off!). Five months later they took $232.20 out of my account and never alerted me to it. Lovely. I called them, was told people would follow up back in May, but they didn’t and I had to initiate contact again. More weeks went by, no refund. Cannot get ahold of anyone at all. Have tried multiple numbers and nothing goes through whatsoever. Extremely frustrating.

Horrible experience with them double charging me. Then they tell me my bank is wrong about bank being able to dispute the charge. Bank says it can’t and WR has to give credit back. Now I have to wait a whole statement period to prove to them that they got paid twice. Woman in ER told me she ran my card twice and still refused to fix it. Told me to just call my bank and dispute it. Finally after three phone calls to their billing office I’m told to prove it with a bank statement. Worst customer service ever.
