Took my daughter for an MRI. I was required to pay $466 before the MRI was done because my deductible was not met. I paid by credit card. Now I am getting bills and text messages requesting payment for $466 . I was given 4 different phone numbers to call. Three did not work. The fourth said they would have to research the matter as they have no record of the payment. I have a credit card bill showing payment was made. The staff is very welcoming and warm! I am a returning patient, and I enjoy coming here. It is also a very clean and easily accessible office :) I recommend this doctors office!
The staff is very nice and they have the highest resolution MRI machine (3T) in the Olney area. The images are significantly sharper than the images from the ancient 1.2T MRI machine at their competitor nearby, which can lead to a more accurate diagnosis. However, they are very slow to produce reports, often taking a week or more unless your doctor marks the order "stat".

I had an Amazing experience here. It was great from the front desk to the Radiologist. Pascaline the Radiologist was Awsome. She is caring, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure everything was alright throughout the entire process. The front desk check in lady was amazing also. Polite, caring and friendly.
