Poor schedule, appointment, and customer service experience. They operate with a call center for scheduling rather than local office customer service, and it takes a long time to get through the automated options and reach a person. The agent would not allow me to make an appointment for an x-ray, and the office that I was going to was not doing x-rays that day nor could they tell me when they would do x-rays again. absolutely terrible. Tried unsuccessfully this week to get an appointment for an MRI 3 times over the phone with no call back from the Chevy Chase Office. I went to the Willard Ave location this am to see if the could see me today since my doctor needed the images before proceeding with any treatment. I am in terrible plain and the receptionist at the desk where totally unsympathetic. The best they could do was 2 weeks out. They offered to suggestions or alternative providers. Im typicallly not a review/survey customer but I also have never been so taken back from a doctor's office lack of professionalism, unreachability, and follow through. Considering it takes months to get an appointment, its no confirmation email of appointment and no reminder call considering there are instructions prior an MRL. They don't pick up the phone after numerous attempts. People's health is important and the fact that a health establishment operates in this manner is quite frankly unacceptable.
The Bethesda office for mammograms doesn’t even deserve two stars. I waited more than an hour to be seen for a screening mammogram. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told that some doctor I’d never heard of had referred me for a diagnostic mammogram. I began to leave when I was told that they could do a screening mammogram. I agreed. It is now more than a week since and I have yet to receive the results. . If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a bill from Washington Radiology in July of 2025 for a mammogram that I had 16 MONTHS before I was billed. When I called to find out why my I was being billed for an annual mammogram (I have had the same insurance for 10 + years and its always covered), I was told that my insurance didn't pay for the service.
