12/8/22 Just reached out to them for help regarding a callback issue for snow removal. My rep is out of the Country. And her boss the president told me to reach out to her. Damn shame. I reached out to an old union rep. He is about the only one who will do anything for us. By far. This is the worst union I’ve ever belonged to and even more so the worst representatives I’ve ever had. The people working at the college know more about the CBA than the union stewards and the reps. This organization uses harassment & intimidation in their “professional” communication which only comes across as threatening. They have little to no accountability for their members and encourage the absolute bare minimum, adding to the issue of heavily increased workload for other non-member employees.

All talk no action. They fail to meet deadlines or even get back to you when they say they will. They treat their members poorly and that's why many have and will continue to drop out of the union. I would love to see an improvement but there has yet to be any change.
