I gave 3 star because hoblo the kitchen staff member is very rude to residents and caregivers. I come there often especially on weekends to take care of my client which is a resident there and when i have lunch with my client hablo often takes our order and he’s always rude and very impatient. The food is often good but the service from him is terrible.
The residents are so welcoming to new people and there are a variety of activities to keep them engaged. Faye is a caregiver and always goes above and beyond. All the residents love her.
Justin and Randy are by far the best maintenance men I have ever experienced in my 6 years living at Washington Pointe. They are customer oriented, generous with their expertise and have the patience of the saints! Thank you Justin and Randy for all you do for us at Washington Pointe.
The staff doesn’t care,nor does corporate about the wellbeing of their residents. I would stay far away from this place!!
I would never place a loved one here. My sister worked at this facility and witnessed a caregiver slap a memory care resident. She reported it, but nothing was investigated. The director only looks out for herself and shows no concern for residents. A memory care resident even managed to get out of the building because the night staff were sleeping on the job—something the facility is aware of but ignores. Please stay away.
