The staff and other residents are very friendly. Rachel is a great activities person, she has done a great job at establishing an exercise program. She is also cheerful and friendly.
Rachael McCune is a wonderful employee at Washington Pointe. Her enthusiasm and energy add to the enjoyment of living here.
A family member is in assisted living. She receives great care! The staff is attentive, respectful and very caring. We just attended the Blooms & Boots BBQ dinner and live music. The food was delicious and the country music was well suited to the residents.
We placed my father here about 2 weeks ago and I was very pleased with the staff and all the help we were given!! He has done well and adjusted well!! I had my doubts because I wasn’t sure he or the family were ready but the staff here was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions!
