Just moved in within the past week and the team has been very helpful and their communication is Amazing kaleb and Ryan are very helpful
Love it here and management is understanding and caring.
I have lived here since before the ownership/ management changed and have had great experiences. The property managers Amy and Kaleb have been prompt and thorough with their communication/ assistance. The lead maintenance technician, Loren, has also gone above and beyond with assisting needs. The recent renovations and repairs to the building have also been great!
I had a maintenance request that I put in and the issue was fixed that day when I got home from work. I assumed it would be done within 48 hours and I was shocked it was done so quickly. The maintenance person (his name is Loren) even came back the next day to ensure everything was good I work in housing so I know how difficult it can be to get quick service for a unit and I really appreciate the quick service with care.
