I had two visits to this office. Both were humiliating experiences. I was never referred to by name, just called me lady with the bad insurance. When i tried to ask questions i was dismissed and told i had bad insurance. i don't think he really read my chart. He seen i had medicaid and checked out. The technician told me to come in. He looked at me and says, you have bad insurance. He asked me what size shoe, i told him an 11. He says no no. Takes the thing you measure feet with puts it under my foot and says 10! Could not find a more rude place to go. Not a sole in the bldg, no hello, just are you here for an appointment, appointment only.... I hobbled in on a cane and got myself right outta there. STAY AWAY!
The orthopedic technician seems knowledgeable and caring, the front desk lady needs better customer service skills.
I have a very unique situation & they have worked very hard to make me as comfortable as possible!
