Price gouge, insist on CT scan for wisdom teeth removal, refuse to walk through costs on phone or in person. Front desk is unhelpful.
My appointments were changed twice without my consent - each time I only received a voicemail saying the time had been rescheduled. They even tried to change my surgery appointment, but thankfully I was able to pick up the phone during work and say no. I’m not sure if this was done by this one particular front desk staff or directed by the doctor, but it was a frustrating experience overall.
Good service and great hospitality.
An excellent service. Dr. Hong did my surgery for my wisdom teeth last Wednesday and today I went for my follow up, and it’s healing nicely. Thank you again. An excellent staff and really nice customer service.
Not recommended. Unnecessary scans, surprise bills, and very pushy sales-focused staff. I opted against the procedure because of their prices and sales tactics so I can't speak to the quality of care.
