Rockville location: Each time I have to schedule an MRI for my mother, who is claustrophobic and has medical issues, I have to call between 3-6 times. I never reach a live person, I have to leave a message, and the message is never returned. If I send an on-line appt request through the email link on their website, it too is ignored. Better than the other facilities I find Washington Open MRI much better than the other facilities I've visited in Maryland. It's the only facility where they provide very kind and knowledgeable staff. The services here are truly professional from start to finish! They don't even brag about it, they just do their work, helping patients in need and satisfying them. My stand up exam here was exceptional, I really felt good after taking my exam. Excellent service I took an open MRI exam at this medical facility just last week. And I must say, the place is exceptional! The staff there treated me very well and their MRI machine was so cool. I sat for almost an hour while watching TV! It's really comfortable, I like the way Washington Open MRI did it.
The place is remarkable! You wouldn't believe it unless you try, I too didn't expect much from this place but it blew me away. From the front door of this MRI facility until the very last minute that I was there, all the staff treated me very well. The courteousness and comfort they've provided really reduced my anxiety during my stand-up open MRI exam.
