Despite their claims the images are definitely not as clear as closed MRIs and the disc you receive of the MRI cannot be opened and reviewed by other radiologists, preventing second opinions.

When I phoned the Owings Mills location, they found me an appointment just a few days into the future. That's a first. I showed up early like they said, and found I had forgotten the paper. The staff was so patient with me. The receptionist phoned the practice that had ordered the MRI and got them to fax a copy of the order. Then the printer failed. I went yesterday for the open MRI because I am unable to lie down due to back pain! The staff was very helpful and professional, and it enabled me to sit up thru the process, and not be sedated in a regular one to get the view of my problem. I would highly recommend it! My doctor was perfectly okay with the resolution, so that was not an issue! Lin M.

Would give a 0 if I could. Most unprofessional place I've ever seen. Could not get a call back to schedule for 2 months. Had doctors finally push and still took 2 weeks to get a call. Drove 2 hrs to find although told of a heart monitor which is mri approved with the scheduler, they couldn't do mri once i arrived. Really needs new management.
