Awful place. My fiancé has been experiencing issues the last 2 years and each visit they tell her nothing is wrong. The pain and discomfort has only gotten worse for her. When she tries to schedule another appointment to be checked out they tell her sorry we can’t see you for 2 months. Finally gets in with a new Dr and they find 2 issues with her that could have been life threatening! They will be under review shortly by the medical board. Reports were already filed.
Every visit they change their mind from what they said last time. "You don't need this", then two days later they call my wife asking her when she's scheduling it. They call my wife to ask her what Magee hospital's fax number is (what???). They gave me wife a $10 pee pregnancy test at 6 months pregnant, claiming it's totally standard practice. We had had ultrasounds at this point. They charge us $20 to get medical paperwork signed, and in the top they had a note asking whether to charge us $10 or $20 to do it. They randomly ... read more
Met w a new doctor and was nervous! But Dr.Smith was amazing! Quick and nice! Made my nerves go away almost instantly!!! Loved her !

Sent me a message telling me my appointment was on Tuesday, show up Tuesday and they said it was in the system as Thursday instead and wouldn’t get me in Tuesday even though that’s what I was told by them and even showed them the message, so I had to cancel my appointment altogether as I couldn’t get another day off of work or childcare.
