Probably one of the worst experiences I've had using a counseling group if you would even call this organization that. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unclear information stemming from the front office administration all the way down to the actual counselors. Olivia in particular was especially just awful. The single star is for the therapists who at least will make an effort and are knowledgeable. The rest is for the administration who are rude, unorganized and prioritize money over patient health. Appointments need to be canceled more than 24hrs in advance, as a patient, but the office can cancel your appointment 30 minutes before your appointment. Charges are wrong and communication within the office causes further issues. If therapists were not as good as they are this review would be far worse.
