Zero customer service and substandard service. It was my first time and never coming back. I had to go back the following day to remove the gel. It was so rushed and started peeling immediately.

Would not recommend: I was charged an additional $18 for nail polish removal, this was suprising especially since this was not communicated to me beforehand. It would have been helpful to have prior notice or clear signage to inform customers about these extra charges. Additionally, I was also disappointed that my cuticles were cute painfully short. Go to Rosa's nails instead

Staff don’t care about customers at all. Zero customer care or service. Minimal interaction just pick a colour and they ignore you whole time. If you come here, your paying for pain (literally it hurts when they cut cuticles )

Staff would much rather watch stuff on their phones than deal with customers. It seems to be a major inconvenience when you walk in. Non stop chatter to each other in their language and completely ignore you. SNS nails cracked and chipped within 2 days of having them done. It's the absolute pits - staff and quality of work.
