Jeff is a top tier mechanic , and perhaps more importantly , Jeff is a top tier individual. He works efficiently in addition to being highly skilled and highly experienced . Jeff went out of this way this morning to help me on an urgent issue with my vehicle , and had me back on the road within 2 hours. I was also fortunate enough to leave with a few valuable life lessons in which Jeff was generous enough to bestow upon me. These type of professionals are few and far between!!!
On the road again, I have been using Washington motor works for over 30 years, always with great results, got over 462,000 miles on my old jeep that brought new in 1992 and sold recently in perfect running order, thank you Jeff
I brought in a pickup truck with over 300,000 miles on it. In a short period of time Jeff was able to diagnose the problem, get parts and get me back on the road. He explained in detail what was needed, what the price would be and how long it would take. Price was very reasonable. The truck purred like a kitten on the way home.
Jeff Butler has worked on my vehicles for twenty years. He is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met. He makes every effort to insure that his clients are well informed as to what is wrong with the vehicle and provides options for correcting the problem in the most cost effective manner. He provides high quality service and stands behind his work.
