Office is a mess! Unprofessional and disorganized. When they don’t know the answer to a question, they disconnect the call and won’t pick up attempts to call back . Constant runaround to solve issues.. they just hope you go away…
Instead of being a solution during this healthcare epidemic, companies like this one are instead part of the problem. Don't waste time here, the doctors that practice for MVHS don't take their Hippocratic oath seriously to put it lightly.
Had difficult time having prescription filled, waited a week to get a call back only to be yelled at by staff.
Please fix your phones. Hanging up is unacceptable, please allow holding or leaving a message if no one is available at the time of call. I will remove this review when this issue has been acknowledged.
