i had 2 hair transplants procedure with this clinic and paid roughly $10k in total. the first trasplant was in december 2020 while the second surgery was conducted last July 2022. afer the scond surgery, they never called me for a follow up or if all is well. a few days ago i message patrick ( who is my point of contact in the office) to ask for a refill on my finastiride, after answering yes it seems like he blocked my number and cannot get hold of him even if i call. I had a hair transplant procedure done awhile back and the results are incredible! The staff as always was kind and helpful, they walked my through the process step by step and addressed any concerns I had. Overall excellent experience. Thank you Washington medical hair clinic and staff!

I had a procedure with Washington Medical in their DC office a few years back that turned out great. I was transferred to Norfolk and was pleased to find out that there was a nearby office in Virginia Beach. I had a 2nd procedure here just over a year ago and the results were better than expected. I was told that the growth cycle might be a little longer since I already had a procedure but I started seeing great results after about 6 months that just continued to improve over time. My experience with Washington Medical was excellent. Just like any surgical procedure, the experience was tense and a bit nerve wracking. However, Dr. Vendetti and his staff explained the procedure, answered all my questions and attended to my every need. They truly made me feel at home. It has been over a year and the results have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Washington Medical to anyone considering a similar procedure.
