Super happy with this company. I called around to get quotes to repair a forklift and their quote was spot on. It matched the final invoice. Eric Ybarra was the best to work with! The service tech was not in our way at all and very respectful. He got there, got the job done. This is our new go-to company for our company's forklift! Super happy! (P.S. We had received a quote from NW Forklift who was 3x the price for the exact same job.)

I am currently a Manager at Odyssey Logistics in Kent Washington, we have been working closely with WLT for the past 10 years and they have done nothing but provide great service for us. We have had lifts breakdown, special requests and everything in between and they always come through with a game plan and help us with our operation. The time and service provided has been well above board and we appreciate all they do for us. They get 5 stars from Odyssey Logistics.
Kyle the service manager and his two amazing technicians went absolutely way above and beyond repairing my 2014 Volvo MC135 skidsteer! Its rare that you get a service facility for heavy equipment that's actually honest. One that cares for their clients and does whatever it takes to earn your business. I gotta tell you, I'm 57 and have been in business for myself since 2005. My years running major retail outlets for years before then is extensive.
