I was a former resident, lived at Washington Landing for one year. It was a decent apartment for the price at the time. The rent had a significant increase when my renewal came up, and I would have been paying DC prices for an apartment that is not very luxurious. My neighbors below had infants and toddlers. Love Washington Landing! Its a quiet neighborhood, the pool is lovely and open for long hours, gym is nice and 24 hours, parking is plentiful with reserved parking available, and maintenance responds quickly.
Tiff and Hannah were awesome this process has been soooo easy. I love this place after 2 days. Don't think about moving here just do it
The front desk folks were very kind, and did not waste any time to get me and my roommate aboard their nice apartments! Heavily recommend this place for your next stay.
I was one of the first people to move in, been here over two years. The Charles Town neighborhood and surrounding areas are nice but this isn't a review of WV. The apartments are overpriced and the customer service is horrible. The staff is a revolving door, no one answers your concerns, you're relegated to an AI chatbot. I got eviction notices saying they'd sue me after paying my rent early each month, which was a mistake on their part that took them months to correct. The dogs here are horrible, always barking their heads ... read more
