Lived year for a year and a half now and can not be more disappointed in how horrible this company can treat their paying tenants. I understand this is WV and post covid really messed up the renting market, however there is no silver lining to this company whatsoever. Every single 5 star on here are from previous employees ( I say previous because they no longer work here) and the employees are required by the office to give this place a 5 star review ( confirmed by previous employees that left and was then court ordered to ... read more
My apartment itself is clean and I’ve had no issues with it . However, the complex itself is a different story. There is constant dog waste near the stairs of my building and we’ve said something about it countless times. Outside my building smells like waste because if it . The outside of my apartment looks visibibly dirty , bugs everywhere and etc. There are spider webs outside my door and I can’t walk down my stairs without running into a web. I would strongly advise against living here. We lived in this complex for a year and unfortunately had a very poor experience. When we moved into what was supposed to be a brand-new apartment, several appliances were not working—including the dishwasher, dryer, ice maker, and even the shower. It took nearly a month for management to resolve these basic issues. Throughout our time there, maintenance requests were consistently delayed—often taking over a week just to receive a response.
