I've enjoyed living here and maintenance is always very helpful Would give a 5 star if communications from the office was better, but they don't seem to care. For example, voicemail messages are never returned. That's why I'll just post problems here in case management wants to improve (but I'm not hopeful.) Also, this week our sprinkler systems are being checked (3/10-3/13). This has really been on my mind for awhile now. First off I have lived here for over two years the community is gorgeous yes and I love the fact that it was newer but it is not as it seems the dog waste is out of control even after the original office staff attempts to make sure people with pets would be accountable for it at this moment there is dog waste on the second floor from someone stepping in it. Nice, quiet place and excellent maintenance staff, but poor communication from management. We only get notices about pest control and AC filter changes (which is nice), but not about anything else. For example, the water charge went up this last time with no notice. So if you have autopay and don't go into the portal (because that's why you have autopay--so you don't have to go into the portal), you will end up underpaying and then be late for the additional amount you were never informed of. This apartment complex had a lot of potential, unfortunately poor management and lack of communication has hindered this complex. As a former resident, I would not recommend this place. The office hours are subject to change without notice, phones are not answered when office is open, and the move out process is more scam like with unexplainable charges that you cannot get an itemized report or justification for- due to not being able to communicate with staff.

I’ve lived here now, for 3 months now and I really feel like I’m home. The staff were really helpful getting me settled into my brand new 2-bedroom apartment. I was told that I should let them know if I needed anything. They responded quickly and efficiently. The rent seems high initially, but there’s trash collection, swimming pool, exercise gym, dog park, and a club house (can be used by tenants free) all included. I feel the staffing changes have stabilized now, and enjoy being here.
