I visited this hospital to get proof of my measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) immunity. The service was terrible. First, the reception staff scheduled my appointment on a day when the only doctor authorized to sign the certificate was not working. So I made a wasted trip to the hospital. After experiencing symptoms for several days, I contacted the office. The medical staff shared my concerns and scheduled a video consultation for the following day. PA Emily quickly established a treatment plan, and the consultation was completed within 30 minutes. Toward the end of our conversation, the audio quality deteriorated, so PA Emily disconnected and called me directly to finalize the details. I feel heard whenever I call and have no problems referring anyone who asks.
This practice didn’t just mishandle my billing,they dismantled every ounce of trust I had as a patient. I came in for a routine annual physical, fully covered by my Aetna plan.
