I left a 1-star review for the Springfield location of this practice, and my treatment has been so HORRIBLE that I feel obligated to leave a 1-star for this location as well. I had an appointment scheduled for early October to see Dr. Varma for an annual physical. I arrived to the office for my appointment to be told that Dr. Varma was not there and I would have to reschedule if I wanted to see him. One of the worse experiences of my life, For the starters, the staff does not have all the information or train properly to address people with their needs! To book appointment, they have somebody which is not even in USA booking appointment overseas, not knowing their procedures and giving accurate information. Tammy is great. She went with every detail and spent lot of time in understanding my condition. . Front desk assistant at chantilly location was friendly and nice. Overall very pleasant experience.
Dr. Varma and the staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Varma listens to patients and takes time to explain. I am pleased to have finally found a provider whose service is patient-centric.
