This review is for Sara, because I actually didn’t get a chance to use Washington Home Care. I contacted Sara on Jan 2 - new years weekend- looking for immediate care for my parents. A family employee was creating a huge fight with the first aide I got as a last minute backup to take care of my parents. I was completely distraught as this was the first time I have ever needed an aide for my parents. Sara's experience and wealth of knowledge that she so willingly shared at all times was invaluable to us. My 94 year old, relatively healthy father suddenly needed our help and Sara not only provided terrific in home care with very short notice, she also provided guidance to us when my father was being discharged from the hospital. Huge shout-out to Sara! I am so thankful and relieved that I found her. I was urgently looking for a caretaker for someone under the age of 18, and while Sara wasn’t able to assist directly due to that limitation, she went above and beyond to help me anyway.
