Having a helper in my household is something I desperately needed but had not previously done. I didn't really know where to start and had almost endless questions. Sara is not just a good listener but also an intelligent and thoughtful person. She spent a huge amount of time working to find the right person for my complicated situation. She helped me define what i was looking for in ways that made the problems I was facing seem--for the first time-- manageable.
Sara is an absolute gem! She helped me through a really bad time that I was having with trying to maneuver through the multiple layers of health care to get help for my family members. She has so much knowledge about health care resources from start to finish. I could not have made it through it all without her help.
Sara was so helpful when we needed care for my father. She immediately came for a site visit, provided helpful feedback, tips, recommendations, referrals and had several caretakers available as needed. We ended up needing hospitalization but I am grateful for her responsive and insightful support while sorting through our options.
