I am very disappointed. My mother's waiting time was excessive and completely unacceptable (5 hours) for a check-up and cleaning, despite having an appointment. Time management is poor. I do not recommend that anyone go to this place.
I don't know what my insurance company was thinking. I called this place and no one answered the phone, which is why I always like to check reviews so I don't regret it. This place should be shut down.👎
Lack of professionalism and patient courtesy.
Horrible experience, each room was dirty, the sinks were stained. The staff were not dress in a professional manner. The doctor Kept scratching her head every time she came out front to speak to the receptionist. The receptionist was super unprofessional, I was told my pharmacy will receive my son’s prescription in an hour then in 3mins to then being by the end of the day! Not acceptable. Please do not take your loved ones here.
Stay away… you call and the office never returns your call. The doctor takes hours to fill your Rx.. very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble go elsewhere.
