I currently live here and can honestly say that since village green has taken over, this place has gotten worse. They slap fresh coats of paint on things to make the property look better from the outside but it's all superficial. They've begun scamming pet owners by forcing us to pay for Pet screening on top of paying a per pet monthly pet rent. Still one of the best apartment complexes in West Des Moines. Layout of the units are great, It's not just some Box. My wife and I have lived here for 6 plus years , in 3 different units. Management and maintenance staff are always on top of things! Joseph the complex Manager and the Maintenance team are always extremely attentive, professional and helpful! We have been and continue to enjoy calling the Element at Valley West our home. Thanks!!
