I stayed at Element Valley West Apartments for six months, and it was a frustrating experience overall. The unit is very outdated—basic things like switches, locks, and water fixtures didn’t work properly, and the blinds were so fragile they broke with normal use. Maintenance didn’t seem to keep up with even simple fixes. The biggest issue was communication. I highly do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My experience here has been nothing short of horrible. For months, my apartment floor would constantly flood because of the washing machine next door. Instead of addressing the root issue, management allowed the problem to continue, leaving me to deal with repeated water damage and the stress that came with it. I recently moved here to Element at Valley west. Ive had excellent customer service from the leasing office with Kenzie. She has been very helpful from starting with scheduling tours and working through completing the lease with any questions I had. Currently very happy with our new apartment.
