Kenzie was so nice and helpful. By far the nicest leasing agent I have ever ran across. She was so patient with me both on the phone and in person. I had to apply right on the spot! Thanks again Kenzie:)

I stayed at Element Valley West Apartments for six months, and it was a frustrating experience overall. The unit is very outdated—basic things like switches, locks, and water fixtures didn’t work properly, and the blinds were so fragile they broke with normal use. Maintenance didn’t seem to keep up with even simple fixes. The biggest issue was communication. I highly do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My experience here has been nothing short of horrible. For months, my apartment floor would constantly flood because of the washing machine next door. Instead of addressing the root issue, management allowed the problem to continue, leaving me to deal with repeated water damage and the stress that came with it.
