My Wife and I have been at this apartment complex for 10 years. We have seen four different management companies come and go. I very recently had triple bypass open heart surgery. My Wife and I have been at this apartment complex for 10 years. We have seen four different management companies come and go. They don't want to fix anything and they can't because it will cost too much money. Every plumber we've ever talked to and the maintenance staff tells us these things. Everybody that lives on the first floor gets flooded out every time it rains, and then ends up leaving. Watched workers on indoor camera come into my apartment while I wasn’t there and go through all of my things. Very unprofessional and unsafe!!!
Kenzie was so nice and helpful. By far the nicest leasing agent I have ever ran across. She was so patient with me both on the phone and in person. I had to apply right on the spot! Thanks again Kenzie:)
