Easily the best thing about this is the forced air and the maintenance team. Maintenance has always been prompt to fix anything wrong with my place, from loose outlets, to getting a professional plumber when we found the bathroom wall was leaking on the inside of the wall! Jose is a real one. I love his work.
This had been the worse apartment in west Des Moines I ever lived if u thinking about moving here done waste ur time they I so unprofessional
Living here has been great! Ernada, the assistant property manager, is truly dedicated to making sure you have a positive experience. She was beyond helpful during the whole process, from touring units to signing the lease, and she personally made sure the unit was move-in ready. I currently live here and can honestly say that since village green has taken over, this place has gotten worse. They slap fresh coats of paint on things to make the property look better from the outside but it's all superficial. They've begun scamming pet owners by forcing us to pay for Pet screening on top of paying a per pet monthly pet rent. Pet screening is a "legal scam" that provides nothing to pet owners but charges you to hold onto your pet information that you fill in yourself, the property doesn't pay a dime for t... read more
