Tried to be re-established as a patient. Left multiple voicemails with no reply. Finally got a hold of someone that told me I’d need to come and fill out paperwork before I could even make an appointment. Loved my dr there, staff is garbage.wished it was different.
Great staff and wait time
Atrocious staff. I cannot comment on the doctors, other than they obviously must have at least some seriously good doctors, especially Dr Tadolini, who, according to their own website “is taking new patients”, as of 24 April 2026, but per the staff’s own words, “Dr Tadolini can’t see any new patients until January 2027.” I am in dire need of a new PCP, because I just moved to this area, I am over due for a physical and I need a referral from a PCP to see an orthopedic surgeon. I have been a patient here for years and have had a few less than satisfactory experiences; however, after my most recent contact with the office, I have decided to leave this practice. I called with an urgent, but simple and clear cut medical issue (UTI) and was told that I must be seen in order to receive a prescription. When I asked for an appointment, I was told the office was booked. How can I be expected to wait until they have appointments when this could lead to hospitalization if left untreated?
