I’ve never heard of a business where the patient or client has to do homework to even get an appointment. Need an appointment? Don’t have a printer? Guess this isn’t the practice for you! I think this is a great example of a provider forgetting they are getting paid decent money by the insurance company to provide a service, and in fact this practice wants you the patient to provide them concierge level services to even book the appointment.everyone knows you can get the member I’d off of a card and call to verify benefits. ... read more
