Excellent service and very professional staff.
I am not sure if this is the right department but it’s been 3 weeks since I dropped off my SIBO test kit and still haven’t gotten the results. Unless I get the results my doctor cannot give me the right medication and unless I get the medication I can’t get well. It’s been more than a month and I still don’t have the diagnosis. It is frustrating
The attention of the staff and the speed in taking the samples and delivering the results seemed fascinating to me. I am registered with MyChart and a couple of hours later I already had my results. It has plenty of parking space and good accessibility. Will recommend 100%.
Jose is the MVP. He is the best lab tech I've ever had. I'm a hard stick and he had no problem. 10/10
