Went in there for an emergency for the first at this hospital. Not super serious but did need quick medical attention. This was around 2am. Staff was very courteous and helpful but the lobby was dirty with old bloody tissue on the floor. The wait times to be seen was around 30min+ not to bad but considering it was empty but for one guy before us it seemed a long time. Once seen they were quick but ended up leaving around 4am. Good place but could be better
I could give less than 1 star I would. I went into the ER about a week ago for what I thought was a spider and as nice as the nurse and staff were the DR. Took a look and said it was a blister that needed to be drained and packed. So I layed on my stomach on the bed and I swear on everything I love that from start to finish was 83 seconds. I went to Washington Health Urgent Care in Fremont on Mowry St. I left there feeling cared for. I saw Dr Carina Gonzalez. The doctor was attentive, listened thoroughly and addressed my acute low back pain. Excellent experience with Dr Gonzalez.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM, The attendant was super rude and the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was so sick and came out crying due to their bad behavior.
