Full disclosure: Haven't been able to successfully attend an appointment here. The issues I've faced here are related to the folks answering the call. They incorrectly noted down my birthdate and I cannot access my appointment without specifying my birthdate and whenever I called in, they said they didn't have an appointment under my name. The mistake on my end was my wife tried to set up the appointment on my behalf. When I tried to explain the situation on the phone, they repeatedly asked for my wife's name. I do not recommend this place for pelvic floor PT specifically. First appointment was an intake and I spent about 40 minutes with the actual PT, however in the middle of the exam there was loud knocking on the door and the therapist actually had to get up and leave, during what is probably perceived a sensitive exam for most folks. As someone who has struggled with my weight and body image issues, her insensitive comment was incredi... read more
My mom and I were in a car accident and started at RET. I was having sciatic pain in both legs. I would get pain while driving and while sitting at my computer. Michael Chen, my therapist, challenged me and really listened to how I was feeling and tailored workouts for my personal needs. He made me laugh and we talked about things going on, while keeping me focused and pushing me. Mom and I both started looking forward to our appts and catching up with people. From the front desk gals to all the therapists and assistants, ev... read more
I can't say that I've been to another medical office of any kind where I've found every single person I've encountered to be so personable, kind, and professional. This place is the absolute best. I'm making great progress in my therapy and really enjoying the process along the way. I'm so pleasantly surprised at the caliber of people in this office. Great job to this team!
