I'm doing everything I can to try to get an appointment. Back in October I was referred to WA GI. In November I was scheduled for an appointment on Jan 26. When I showed up for that appointment I was told that they could not see me until L&I approved it. This is unusual and I contacted L&I who immediately approved the visit. Now it's Feb 4th and WA GI still tells me that their internal process for approving the visit still is not complete. Dr Gulati is pretty fair minded but a lot of the other assistants are unsympathetic and downright rude. I have all the symptoms of IBS yet this was never mentioned once. I had a colonoscopy with clear structural issues that could easily be causing those symptoms yet they just gaslighted me saying laxatives are the answer. I noticed in the reviews that I'm not the only person who has experienced this. We're human beings not lab rats or biochemical machines! Treat us like humans please.

I have went to Dr. Yee for my first colonoscopy. And as I had heard, the prep process is the worst part, having to drink all of that mix was difficult for me. The office and all the of the staff treated me well! I recommend this office for your needs.

My tests came back with multiple issues and I called WAGI to have someone go through my test results. I was told I could pick up my documents which I did. I called several times (5) and requested to have Jennifer or another medical assistant call me back about my results. It took over 2 months to get a quick call back and the lady wouldn’t even go through my test results with me, I was told I had to wait for my ... read more

Went there a month ago and and they scheduled a prompt endoscopy. The result proved nothing. They order more tests. Got one test result 4 days ago. No one has called or messaged to discuss what they mean. Calling may get a response after a few days, or not at all. Same with thier patient portal. Messages may or may not get to who you want. There is no way to contact a specific person. So, it would seem, messages get lost. I have yet to meet with a doctor. Seems the staff are either overworked and don't have time to follow up... read more
