Dr Daria Karas and staff were very friendly, professional and on time. I am so pleased that l was referred to the Clearchoice Dermatology for my care.
Dr. Parker is nice, very professional, an excellent listener, and highly skilled at developing and communicating a plan of treatment. She investigated my symptoms thoroughly and listened to all my medical concerns. Both me and my husband have seen her for treatment and were very satisfied with the care we received. My examinations included endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy and my husband had a colonoscopy. All of these procedures were conducted flawlessly. It’s hard to find doctors like Dr. Parker. The zoom call didn’t work at all. The provider and I saw each other for a split second and then even though my mic and camera were on, the provider couldn’t see me or I her. We could finally just hear each other and completed the call.
My husband scheduled an appointment as a new patient. There was a nine month wait. So we took the soonest, and waited. The literal day before the appointment, they called to say they needed to reschedule because the provider wasn't in that day. We rescheduled and waited months more. As we were walking into the appointment, our phone rang and it was the front desk. They said they need to reschedule again! They definitely weren't getting a third chance.
