After waiting 5+ months on the books, I'm seen by the doctor for a grand total of about 6 minutes, they send me for testing then tell me to leave. I wait over 3 months for the procedure, still having dilapidating symptoms, then they tell me to wait 7 months for the follow up appointment, while my symptoms get worse. This is atrocious, even asked if they had a wait list or anything where I can be considered for cancelations, and they said no.
I recently had an endoscopy at Puyallup Endoscopy Center. From scheduling to their after care nurse phone call the next day, everything was performed professionally and with excellent patient care.
Little to no communication with my appointment. All they sent was text messaging with cartoon tutorials telling me to follow the doctors instructions that I didn't receive until the day before the procedure, which had 7 days' worth of instructions. Lack of communication =a bad relationship.
