Dr Sugar Disappointed me Very Much. I prepared for my appointment the Day after Easter. So no food on Easter I show up for my appointment and he told the Nurse he wouldn't to the 2 procedures'. Colonoscopy and the Throat stretching Procedures Very Disappointed and GA and dr. sugar.

Huge middle finger to this clinic. I have a chronic digestive disease that requires frequent check ups and care and I’ve been waiting months for an appointment and had two months to go to get into one of their gastroenterologists and they called today to tell me that my appointment would have to be moved to next year because my doctor decided to take a vacation. My family had a deeply painful experience with WashGI and specifically Dr. Justin Chapin. My elderly mother tested positive for C. difficile under his care, but the results were overlooked or misinterpreted. She was not treated appropriately for the infection at the time. Within three weeks, her condition deteriorated to the point of hospitalization. She never truly recovered.
