I got an urgent referral sent here from the ER in January for extreme weight lost. They couldn't get me in until July 27th told me they would send me a link to my chart and a link to my virtual appointment and then never did. They called me before my appointment everytime I answered the phone would disconnect and so I'd call back just to be told no one is available to help me and they will send a message. The 27th comes around and I call them 4 times at 7:30 am trying to get ahold of them for my appointment since ive lost 10... read more
The service from providers has been wonderful. However, scheduling is deplorable. After waiting almost 2 weeks for order to be sent to original location, I made a phone call to change locations. This took an hour. I was cut off twice during calls of 20 minutes and then had to wait that long to get through on 3rd call. This place needs more schedulers or at least let us call our location. Thanks to Stephanie who quickly took information and completed needed process on third call.
