I would leave ZERO stars if I could!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE scheduling team that FORCED me to go to (and subsequently PAY) for an appointment with one of their physician assistants when, it turns out, I didn’t need this! And then, because of the delay from being forced to do that, there weren’t any appointments available for the procedure I DO need prior to my upcoming surgery. Starting at the front desk! The young lady was kind and helpful for what was to come after check in ! Thank you ! Next the nurse that came out to get me was very pleasant great chat as we went to the room ! Asked me questions about my medical history very easy to understand! Then she put the ivy needle in my right arm and didn't feel a thing !! It's hard to find a vain on me bet one push of the needle and she was done ! The wait explains the service, if you want to go to a place you are just a number this is it. They are understaffed and busy I won’t come back.
I'm very happy with the care I receive from the staff and providers at this office. I would recommend them to anyone. Wait times are long, but that is the norm in WA. They have many locations and even offer telehealth.
