Bryce Cree was absolutely unprofessional. Had some questions about a charge on my account, called him and he started blurting out personal information on my account and did not verify any of my personal information before hand. I asked him how he knew who he was speaking to, he said he was going by the caller ID. He yelled at me on the phone as well. Predatory bank. Do not use this bank if you are living paycheck to paycheck. Many hidden fees. They will hurt you financially. I lost hundreds in fees and penalties.
