Very pleased with everyone! The process was simple from check in to the exam and then to the glasses. Dr Washington was great! She was informative and personable. This is my new eye Doctor!! Update! Operating hours are very inconsistent. On Saturday, there are no techs working. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago and still have not received a phone call.
