This company was assigned to come out to my home via American Home Shield (home warranty company). If I could give a zero rating I would in a heartbeat. This company absolutely sucks; they will not return phone calls, don't show up for appointments and will not follow up with customers. Your better off hiring someone else to evaluate and do the job.
Company never reached out to me to make the appointment even though they were contraced to do so. Then when I finally got a appointment they did not show up and did not call to say they weren't coming.
They set up appointments, then don’t show up. Twice they’ve no called no showed. Never answer the phone, never return voicemails, and that’s if you’re lucky and their voicemail box isn’t full. Lacking professionalism.
Good luck trying to get in touch with them! Hours also state certain times but are NEVER open!
I believe Ted is a genuinely good person and has good intentions with poor follow through on his commitments. I requested service through American Home Shield. After a few headaches and multiple follow-ups with WA Electric Service I had to reach back out to follow-up with American Home Shield by not being able to schedule or reach Washington Electric Service.
