I pay for services every month and I’m not getting what I pay for. I’ve put my recycling bin out for the past 3 weeks and apparently the guys on the truck must not see or it or they just don’t care. I guess I have to sit out there next Thursday and actually point to it and see if that works.
The guys handling sewage line calls are A+
In the business of screwing over anyone low income or disability. Limited mobility because of a surgery and charging over $50 for a reconnection fee while nothing has been cut off?! Aggressively rude staff at customer service desk, I thought you were customer service? Refused to even stand up from her desk, chose to yell and wait for someone else to walk to the printer just for me to get a single copy of my bill. This is what this city condones? Taking advantage of anyone low income or disabled.
I had a underground burn out and Raleigh turned me down for warranty on my burned out appliances 😭 I was told after that,, that i would get 1000.00 I was later told I could only get 750.00 this started on December 2. It's now December 28. I'm glad I'm not in the hospital waiting for them to drag their feet,, I started off being nice,, My patience is very thin now,, I have a temporary line across my front yard and no warranty money,, I've had a lot of promises made to me,, it's a shame they can't keep their word.
