My house was vacant for 12-15 years. Nothing was used, touched, turned on, no trash can and each month a bill for 70.00 was sent. No proof but I sure sense “shenanigans” and pocket lining here. I am not sure how anyone living paycheck to paycheck can afford their utility bills here.

When you go in and speak to staff they're great. I really don't have any complaints about the customer service that they give. But the explanations and Corruption of the billing system is so outrageous. The city keeps getting around rate increases by simply back during it with fees as if we're all idiots. Again not the fault of the people you interface with but definitely the fault of the upper echelons and the mayor in city managers departments we keep trying to deep fake the population.
