Horrible service. Our power is always going out due to little or nothing. Sometimes it can get hot and the power will go out. Never pick up the phone. Sometimes takes all day to multiple days to get power back. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!
So everyone hats writing a check to the power company because they feel they are paying too much. This is not that type of review. This company is horrible not because of their prices but because of their staff. They are ignorant of today’s technology and unwilling to provide analytical data to their customers. It’s been an area monopoly for so long that people just have to deal with or without. I never thought Ga Power would be a welcome site, but........
