Love Jenna and their staff, Jenna even after not seeing me for over 6 months, remembers everything I tell her from the last visit, unless she is amazing at documenting (probably anyways) she is a amazing and considerate provider!
I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology appointment for my baby’s eczema. The doctor spent less than five minutes with us and provided very little explanation about my child’s condition. He simply stated that the eczema was genetic and common, then immediately recommended a steroid cream. When I asked if there were any non-steroid treatment options, he briefly mentioned another medication but did not explain what it was or how it worked until I specifically asked. Another fabulous visit with Gerri! I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to give you exactly what you asked for. Gerri is highly skilled with facial balancing when it comes to filler or neurotoxins I am so happy with my results
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Grana. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and had wonderful bedside manner! Will be routinely returning!
I had an appointment scheduled to have a cyst removed, and it was canceled only 30 minutes before the appointment because the doctor suddenly “didn’t feel comfortable” doing the procedure. This caused me to lose a full day of work and bring my family all the way to the office for nothing. After that, it turned into a complete mess.
