I found myself in quite a stressful situation when a pipe burst soaking entire floor and ruining sheet rock below. Royal was at my house within an hour assessed the situation and took care of all. Excellent service, kindness, explanations of all procedures and a phone call each day of the process to check in on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Royal to anyone with water damage. They are in addition lovely people.
