Really now your going to charge me to pay my bill!
Despite having paid my annual tax bill in full for over 30 years I received a late payment notice with interest. The treasurer refused to reduce or adjust the penalty. Any other financial institution makes adjustments on similar cases however WashCo does not acknowledge USPS failure to deliver when everyone is cognizant of their delivery track record. This office is not citizen focused, only seeking revenues.
