I would give them no stars if it would let me. I had Farm Bureau for 3 years. I never had any issues. I never had an accident or got a ticket. Yet, after 3 years of continuous service. Never missing a payment my insurance premium more than doubled!!! When I contacted Mike Mullins office No One there was helpful. They could not tell me why it had gone up so much or why I was NOT notified!! I had no trouble getting their Farm Bureau newsletter every month. This has been the absolute worst insurance agent we've ever had. Shawn Roark has dropped the ball on our home owners insurance TWICE and conveniently isn't ever available when we call him or stop in. We are looking to move our cars, motorcycles, and home policies to a better company.
The Lady who sits at the first window is ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL
