I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Morgan and his staff at Washington County Equipment, a fantastic family-owned business that truly embodies the spirit of community and customer service. Very poor follow though. We had a verbal agreement for me to purchase a Turf Tiger 2 Diesel and he was going to deliver it to me in Florida, which he said he drove to once or twice a month. Morgan said he would leave to deliver it to me last Saturday or Sunday. I have no idea if he ever left since he never arrived and would not answer his phone or any texts sent to it. Very very unprofessional on his part. I have since purchased a TT2 from another dealership.

These guys and gals are awesome. I had brought in a generator that another shop had been working on for three months. In one day they determined that the other shop had not replaced the carburetor (the old one was still on the generator). They replaced the carburetor (the new one was in a box of parts retrieved from the other shop), installed it, and had the generator running like new. ** Fantastic job Washington County Equipment.
