It was so bad, screaming kids, staff not doing anything about it, small parking area, and overall, its just not the place I was expecting to be this bad. It has 4 stars, it should act like its a 4 star place.

We are new to the area and my 9 yr old daughter was so excited to start here. She previously went to the one in Appleton for 2 years and loved it! After two weeks at the West Bend location she said she doesn't want to go back. She said the front desk lady is rude and not friendly at all. I agreed with this. I never get a smile or greeting upon dropping my child off. She never smiles and is very disrespectful to the children. From what I've seen. Among the unfriendliness of the staff. I remember coming here after school every day during 3rd and 4th grade, those were genuinely the best 2 years of my life, keep in mind this was around or slightly over a decade ago now
