Great place enjoyed my step daughter's baby shower here.
The Washington Civic Center was a poor choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was extremely unprofessional when I inquired about booking a Sunday, the staff member automatically declined without even considering my request. Charlotte was very rude in her responses, simply saying "congratulations on your engagement" and then abruptly ending the conversation. When I first walked into the Washington Civic Center I knew that it was meant to be my venue. The building itself is stunning but what really made the Civic Center stand apart was the venue coordinator, Charlotte! She was so easy to work with and offered suggestions and recommendations.
