Excellent customer service ! With wrinkles in our carpets, due to poor install years before, Joe patiently worked through the issues, stretched the carpets across the room (not just one way), and left our rooms in pristine condition. We recommend this firm and individual - he is timely, communicates clearly and prices fair.
Exceptional communication, punctuality, and craftsmanship. Estimated price was accurate and there was no upselling before or after the work was completed. If you need carpet repairs with no BS, hire Washington Carpet Repairs!
Good quality work, answered on weekend and did the stretching right at the time of evaluation. Returned to take care of small details the next day. I am not sure what is the current price for 3 folds of carpet to stretch, and it most likely varies with the layout of a carpet, but it seemed a bit expensive for me, especially with the tip. But as a result I "stretched " the carpet's life for another tenant and it saved me a lot of money.
Joseph did a great job stretching our carpet. Very professional. We would definitely use his services again.
Joseph gave us a quote within a few days of calling and was able to do the installation a week or so after that. The price was very reasonable and the final result looks great. Thanks again!
