They no longer do interior. We wanted exterior done and note there were bird dropping spots that needed to come off. The owner said...half a million dollars of equipment. If it doesn’t come off, it doesn’t come off! Really? Never again. Great way to lose a customer. And it didn’t come off!
Always nice and friendly. The whole crew does a fast and great job.
Nasty manager, non-existent customer service. Took my new car here for its first bath. When I asked the owner/manager a few questions about his facility (it's an expensive car and I needed to clarify a couple things), he flew off the handle and said he "couldn't guarantee anything" and that he'd "back it (the car) out of there right now". There were several people waiting behind me so I said to just put it through the wash but I will never go back after being treated that way.
